Warranty: 3 years; one year for auxiliary machine; lifetime maintenance and technical service.

30-50days | 1. Purchasing material and fittings; 2. Tanks body cutting, welding, polishing, trepanning; 3. Inner wall production; 4. Jacket preparation; 5. Pressure testing for inner tanks(welding testing by water for 60hours; jacket pressure testing by 4bar for 48hours.) 6. Outer wall production; 7. Pipes connection; ..........etc. Leakage testing for whole tanks by 4bar gas for 48hours at least. | |
2days | Checked by QC department; and installation engineer clarify accessories, and finish. | |
Booking ship & packaging tanks | 2days | Booking ship after balance payment and packaging all equipment. (we can send photos/video before your payment.) |
