Question 1: Can you make equipment and tank as my idea? 

Yes, YUXIN provides systems and solutions to fit your unique needs. We'll send you final drawings for confirmation after order but before profuction, we'll work to ensure all components of the equipment are tailored to meet your specifications regarding space, available utilities, and brewing requirements. This includes new breweries and/or tank expansions.


Question 2: How will you do the quality control? 

Before any piece of equipment/machine leaves YUXIN, it goes through a complete quality control inspection. This inspection assures your equipment meets all specifications and we'll take pictures/video for your confirmation before it leaves our factory. 


Question 3: Do you have anybody who can come here to install the equipment for me? 

Our expert staff will assist with the assembly of your project on site, and consult on the placement of related equipment. After setup of the YUXIN brewing system, during your initial production run, our engineer will be onsite at your facility to guide you step by step. We will ensure that all questions and concerns are addressed before coming back. Engineer will also share you some beer recipes if you are fresh in brewing, and make the first batch brewing for you before coming back. 


Question 4: Can you still send me technical information during I'm using the equipment? 

YUXIN provides follow-up support on all of our equipment as well as answering questions about your process on our systems. You can log onto our website for information, or mail/call us anytime. We welcome your questions and feedback.


Question 5: How will you do if any question on your equipment during use? I mean, do you have any after-sale gurantee? 

Packing of our equipment must fit in manner of sea transportation, to make everything safe in containers. When the shipping procedure is finished, we shall notify promptly the buyer the related information, supply all the documents and report the progreess of shipping timely, to ensure that all the equipment can arrive in your country/port safely.

If you need, we can send engineer to your site for installation, to ensure that all the equipment can work well on site. 

If you have any question/problem during use, we'll reply you in 24hours, and help you solve the problem online. When you need any accessory/parts for replacement during use, we'll send out by express(DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS) immediately after your information. Just if(normally never happen) there's serious problem during use, we'll send out one engineer to your site as soon as possible. 

Our company will arrange on-site visits and equipment maintenance for some projects occasionally, to ensure that our customers have face-to-face communication with our staff.
